Member Marketing Coordinator - Remote

Ensemble Travel Group is seeking a full-time Member Marketing Coordinator whose primary responsibility will be the administrative support of Ensemble member agencies’ marketing plans in terms of implementation, tracking, support and resolution of member service issues. This position will also have a secondary responsibility assisting with content creation and coordination across marketing tactics including but not limited to social media and email. 


This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:


·      Day-to-day member marketing engagement, relationship management and resolution of issues

·      Process all member marketing plans and adjustments; perform call-outs to members as necessary for missing applications or data

·      Monitor and enter all marketing plan additions/ deletions/ changes that occur throughout the year

·      Maintain integrity of data within CRM

·      Track and ensure invoices are issued correctly

·      Work with CRM on implementation and support of members into the marketing program as well as validating the accuracy of the data that drives supplier and member marketing plan tactics

·      Set up and maintain data in CRM

·      Work closely with printer, CRM and print and digital team to ensure accuracy of agency details

·      Answer marketing plan-related questions for sales team, Member Services and members

·      Assist with content creation and social media, as needed

·      Assist with coordination, image sourcing and content creation of email tactics, as needed

Required Education and Experience:

• Minimum 1 year 


Preferred experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field

• Experience with CRM systems highly desired but not required 

• Experience with email and landing page production tools like Constant Contact/Mailchimp

• Experience with proofreading and editing
