Digital Marketing Production and Automation Specialist - Remote

Ensemble Travel Group is seeking a Digital Production and Automation Specialist to join a growing team looking to transform the travel landscape. Within this role, you would be responsible for 2 main aspects of Ensemble Travel marketing: Production of our in-house ad programs, as well as marketing automation and optimization across our B2B/B2C marketing funnel. The ideal candidate should be innovative yet process-driven, pairing their knowledge of digital marketing best-practices with their in-depth proficiency of creative development to grow our business.
This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:
- Drive the production of our in-house Digital Marketing programs for our annual North American ad network using XML/CSS/HTML/PHP
- Assist in asset development for social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram, our Member Portal, and various unique, strategic opportunities
- Includes static banners, landing pages, video assets, etc.
- Implement marketing automation strategies within our business and programs to meet business KPI objectives across our B2B2C journeys
- Execute A/B testing opportunities with our travel brand partners while optimizing these initiatives based on valuable insights identified or received
- Recommend new, innovative opportunities to improve the buying journey, helping provide increased value to our membership and their travelers
Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, media platforms and strategies as well as best practices in their effective use
- Proven track record in successful inbound marketing strategies selling B2B and/or B2C products and services
- Strong XML/CSS/HTML/PHP web development skills applied to prior relevant, strategic digital experience
- Proficient understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics and Adwords, CMS, Zoho/Salesforce/Hubspot or similar CRMs
- Familiarity with EMail and landing page production tools like Constant Contact, Mailchimp and Webflow
- Prior participation in strategic, omni-channel projects, with the ability to manage tracking and execution across multiple stakeholders
- Team player who excels working within a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for both internal and external audiences
- Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize
Required Education and Experience:
- 4 – 5 years of strategic digital marketing experience is required
- 4 – 5 years of front-end web development experience is required
- 4 – 5 years of graphic design experience is required
- Experience in external-facing roles working with clients, agencies or vendors is preferred
- Travel industry experience is preferred, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field is required
