Digital Media Planner - Remote

Ensemble Travel Group is seeking a savvy Digital Media Planner to join a growing team looking to transform the travel landscape. You would be responsible for overseeing personalized B2B/B2C paid marketing programs to help acquire new leads and maintain retention. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and sales-savvy, pairing their knowledge of online paid media with their in-depth proficiency with digital marketing best-practices and ad coordination to grow our business.

This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:

  • Develop strategy of all paid marketing campaigns, managing set up, execution and optimization across channels
  • Including, but not limited to: Online, EMail, social media, video and SEO/SEM
  • Act as a liaison with travel brand partners to collect and coordinate content for digital marketing programs while maintaining strict operational deadlines
  • Edit and proof all travel brand asset submissions
  • Ideate and build landing pages and lead-gen forms for content to distribute through relevant channels
  • Provide ongoing actionable insights into paid marketing performance to relevant stakeholders across the organization
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new vendors or technologies to expand our reach and/or increase bookings 


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of various paid media marketing channels and technologies, including online display, EMail, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pintrest and more) search and retargeting
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to sell and convince. You will help manage many of our relationships with travel brands and vendors, both to coordinate their assets and negotiate the most cost-efficient media possible
  • Familiarity with content marketing strategies and testing across multiple channels to impact response
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, Drive Suite, Google Analytics and Adwords, CMS, Zoho/Salesforce/Hubspot or similar CRMs
  • Experience with EMail and landing page production tools like Constant Contact, Mailchimp and Webflow
  • Strong coordinating and planning skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multi competing deadlines
  • Team player aptitude, who excels working within a collaborative, cross-functional environment

Required Education and Experience:

  • 3 – 5 years of paid media and digital marketing experience is required
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in strategic, external-facing roles working with clients, agencies or vendors is required
  • 3 – 5 years of coordination experience and managing calendars is required
  • Experience working with HTML/CSS/XML is preferred 
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Suite is preferred
  • Travel industry experience is preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field is required
